I mean where do I start?! What a belter of a Christmas wedding this was! If anyone attending didn’t feel Christmassy before they attended, I am confident they did afterwards. Christmas trees dotted around the beautiful reception venue, including a gingerbread house wedding cake. A trip in a decorated Land Rover for the newly weds to get them there in style, and the gorgeous ceremony itself at St James Church in Yarmouth - so lovely! Reverend Leisa did a stellar job as always, and she also arranged for Hannah & Tom to light two seasonal looking candles before they made their vows. Everyone sang along with the choir to Christmas carols, and also “Your Song” by Elton John which I think choked everyone up to be honest. After the ceremony we made our way to the pier for some couples photos which is probably the coldest couples photos I've ever experienced. Somehow in our wedding talks we just didn't factor in how bloody cold that December wind would actually be! But Hannah and Tom were absolute troopers, and it made our arrival at St. Andrews afterwards even better. The Terrace Restaurant did a bang up job with the food, and the whole thing was such a joy to photograph. Thank you so much Hannah & Tom. I wish you both the very best! holly |
