I really cannot thank Amanda enough for my random photo shoot with her this month. Amanda and I had been talking for a while about doing a shoot together, and it ended up being on my birthday, so it turned into actually quite a lovely gift to myself! I braved getting in front of the camera again and I am so glad that I did. It taught me a lot about what it's like to be the other side of the camera and about myself. I've never really been someone who wanted to be the centre of attention (during my teens especially I was often painfully shy), or even someone who was massively into hair and makeup. Most of the time I'm happiest in a pair of jeans, a t-shirt and a pair of converse, but I can't deny it was lovely to get all dressed up (with the help of the brilliant Style Sisters!) and have a photo shoot. Since November I've lost two stone and managed to keep it off! I've also been on a huge personal journey, and this shoot was a wonderful way to celebrate that. Amanda was amazing from the start. Very organised, supportive and clearly knowledgable about portrait photography. It was also so lovely to have a chat with a fellow female photographer. Thank you again Photog. Sista! Love & Stuff
